These pictures are approximately two years apart, and I went from 255.3 lbs to 148.6 lbs as of this morning, (I’m 5 ft 4)
I have an extremely busy school schedule but I find that doing massive meal prep and working out in the mornings (+ walking my dog) really helps keep me on track. I also recently joined a health club at my uni, so now I have a few new gym buddies! I’m currently doing Couch to 5K because I would love to get into long distance running, and I am also working on increasing how much I can lift!
Losing the weight has helped me in so many ways – I am much more confident and I feel stronger. I feel like I have a better handle on my nutrition and overall health and my issues with anxiety have reduced greatly. I also am a better pet owner since my pup and I can go for long hikes without me getting tired!
