I’ve come a long way in the past 6 months, the picture one the right was the heaviest I’ve ever been. I was miserable and self conscious..decided on my 24th birthday it was time to change that. Started going to the gym 4 times a week and cutting back on all the junk I was eating (shakes and fries are still necessary in my life on occasion :p )
It’s ok to have cheat days, it’s ok to second guess yourself 😀 you can do anything you set your mind to! Slow and steady..i still have a ways to go to get where I want..but I’m overall happier in myself and feeling great.
