my routine: Eating healthy (huge change in my life ‘cause i used to eat junk food everyday) and I try to go to the gym 6 days a week and do 1 and half hour of cardio, and 3 days a week I lift weights and follow a routine with my personal trainer,which help me to not lose much muscle,
I started working out and eating healthy in February 6 of this current year, today is march 28 and It’s been less than two months and i’m so proud of me for what I’ve achieved till now.
