I noticed that my pose in these two pictures are simular. I can see a difference in my face more than anything!
I have used myfitness pal and eaten cleaner. I tend to go running once a week (3km, starting small!), swimming twice a week for an hour at a time, and calisthenics for twenty minutes each night.
