Goal weight: 115-120 (have a muscular build)
Being stressed/depressed can do a lot to your body. I gained a lot of weight at an alarming weight. After moving nearly 1000 miles and starting a new life, I’ve realized I want to be happy and enjoy life. Not only for me, but my daughter as well.
I’ve achieved this not through diet, but smaller portions. I eat everything I’ve always ate, just a little less. And I do have cheat days. I don’t work out regularly, but my job is very fast paced and I’m on my feet, going all day.
To anyone out there losing motivation, keep up the great work and love who you are. Life is too short to be down in the dumps!!
