How long did it take: ~3 months

Strategy: Eating cleaner, fewer calories (not starving yourself!), and working out more/being more active.IT’S THAT SIMPLE.I eat a pesco-vegetarian diet consisting of lots of fruit/veggies, protein, and not too, too many carbs.I definitely treat myself, but it is all about moderation.I would do about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio each day (some people would say that’s too much) and some light weight-lifting with dumbells. I mix Insanity in there sometimes too. HIIT training is important for faster fat loss!!I crank up the resistance on my elliptical and go hard for a few minutes, then take about a minute break before cranking it up again. Being out of college has lead me to drink less, which has also been VERY helpful.If you put your mind to it and try, you CAN conquer. Hard work pays off! Instagram: freeser_burn
