Here are comparison photos of myself (21, 5ft 6”) and my older sister (22, 5ft 5”) before and after Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I can’t recommend this workout enough, even six months after completion (and we’re not as active at the moment) we’re still feeling the benefits. I’ll also add that we didn’t alter our diets drastically either; just cut out the treats and cut down on a few items.
If you’re just starting out and wanting quick results (30 days to be precise) I would definitely try this workout.
