It’s been awhile since I posted a transformation picture, I’ve been doing a weight loss challenge and I lost another three pounds! So I thought I’d share.
I feel so much more confident lately, and much more happier.
** I’ve been doing a “low carb” diet, I haven’t been counting calories, I’ve been counting carbs, cutting out bread/sugars/yogurt. It’s been working for me! Lots of meat, (fav) veggies and salad instead of potatoes and pasta.
I’m so proud of this, man.
