Hi guys, I’m 5’11”. On January I weighted at 75kg and now I weight 74kg. Took me 4 months to shed fats and build on some muscles by cutting out sugary drinks, desserts, fried foods, pizzas and etc. Don’t get me wrong tho! I still eat pizza or cakes once or twice a month!
As for exercise, I exercise 4 times a week by doing weight training and cardios on the non-weight training days.
