This is 4 months of progress. I’m 5’4” and started at 219 and I am now 30 lbs down to 189 🙂 The majority of my weight loss came from simple changing my diet. I stopped drinking soda, I stopped eating late at night, I stopped eating out as frequently. I changed my portions dramatically and began paying attention to what was in the food I was eating. This month I finally joined a gym which got me over the stump I was stuck at for over a month. I still have a long way to go but I’m excited that I finally see a difference!
