http://dedicationtrumpsinspiration.tumblr.com  This is by far the best progress picture of me that really shows how much weight lifting has changed my body.  This isn’t just about losing weight. This is sculpting.  If you don’t lift weights… START!! IF I can do it, you can definitely do it! 🙂

These pictures are about 7 months apart. I am 5’5 and my starting weight was around 150 lbs. I don’t regularly weight myself now but a guesstimate is around 125 lbs.
