My name is Katherine and the first picture here was of my sweet 16 when i weighed in at about 280 lbs. The second picture is at my current weight of 160lbs. I lost a total of about 120 lbs in less than a year, about 10 months to be exact! I am 5’9 and my BMI is currently at a healthy level. I made complete lifestyle changes, none of that “dieting” word. I got my butt to the gym every day for at least an hour or two! I cut out all junk food and my food intake consists mostly of fruits,veggies and lean meats. Nothing but water and green tea for this girl! It’s been a hard and exhausting journey but the results are worth it!
