I statrted March 1st and so far lost 14 lbs, I hit 189lbs I was starting to feel embarrassed about my body, I didn’t like my pictures, I deletes my pictures from friends phones, and started to hide, and than I realized I have to take control of my eating habits. I do 30 min of walk or bike everyday and I eat 1400 calories a day. I eat anything I like, but it comes up to 1400 calories a day. I lose approximately 1lbs a week. I feel more energized and not deleting pictures like few months ago. This site helped me get started and stayed motivated.
