I decided to submit this progress pic even though doing so is slightly terrifying.
Buut I really wanted to show you guys why scales are a load of shit and why I don’t have a “goal weight”. From weight training I’ve gained 3 pounds & I’m SO much happier with how my body looks now.
Weights are the greatest things ever ever ever.
