I’m 5’5″. First photo is somewhere around 220lb, and second photo is 5 months and 50lbs weight loss later. I started eating healthier foods, counting calories helped me with portion control because I was over eating by A LOT. I also workout at least 3 days a week, and have started walking and being more active in my day to day life. 🙂
