I’m a pound past my half way goal in the matter of 4 months exactly. I can’t believe the confidence I have and the sheer joy I feel in knowing I’m taking care of myself.
I had an eating disorder all through high school and into my early 20s and once I started working on my mental health, I tried not to care about how much weight I was gaining.
Now that I have a good handle on the mental part, I’m in the middle (literally) or working on the outside. It’s amazing what some self care and love can do! Weight watchers and yoga 4 times a week is what is making it happen.
