5’4 & 80 pounds down & counting . Went from 230 to 150 .. I’ve been going up and down, lowest 140 .. Trying to get on track to lose the last bit as motivation for my wedding because I’m recently engaged to the man of my dreams! Going to kick this butt into shape !
