I still have to work really hard on my toning (especially my upper back and arms because they look terrible) and I still have 30 pounds to lose but this summer is going to be so different for me already. Yesterday I went to the park in shorts and a summer top and I felt free. I was in pictures that didn’t make me want to cry when they found their way to the Facebook. Everything is changing and I couldn’t be happier.
Right now when I look at this picture it isn’t as encouraging as I would like, it doesn’t look like a big enough change but I want to keep pushing for that reason.
