Every time I see the progress I’ve made I feel so happy. The before picture always shocks me. I feel so much more confident and happy now! I want to lose just a bit more and work on completely toning more of my body. Before I started I couldn’t even run for 1 min and I just finished my first 5k mud run and am currently training for a 10k. Never stop working for what you want!!!
