I’ve been on this healthy living journey for a year now. Here are the results. 

Top: April 5, 2014. 297 lbs (had already lost 16 lbs at this point.)

Bottom: March 18, 2015. 237 lbs. (I’m 5’9” btw)

I know it’s cliche, but if I can you can. I didn’t find some magic, fix-myself-quick method. Each day I just chose to try again. 🙂
