HW: 155 lbs (an approximation since I only ever got weighed when at the doctor’s office)
SW: 143.8 lbs (11/21/2014)
CW: 135 lbs
GW: 125 lbs
Here are some progress pics of my journey so far! I wanted to post some during pictures since I’ve hit the 20 lbs lost from my highest weight mark!!! Plus this is the first time in over 5 years that I have weighed less than 140. So kind of super excited! 😀
The first two pics were taken almost a year and a half apart 😮 I lost close to 10 lbs just from getting off birth control with no changes to my eating and exercising habits during that time. The last pic is where I am at right now! (I wish I had pictures of me at my start weight but I don’t D:)
I’ve lost a total of 8.8 lbs since 11/21/2014. That was when I started seriously working on fitness. The wonders of a calorie deficit and working out 5 days a week XD
