Before weight- 230 lbs.
Current weight- 175 lbs
Weight lost so far- 55 lbs.
I started my journey in April of 2017. Here we are November 2017. I got most of the way here by using Myfitnesspal and calorie counting. I started going to the gym about 2 months ago. I haven’t lost much more lately, but my clothes are fitting better, so I think I may be losing fat and gaining muscle. 🙂
