I didn’t think I was even close to ready to having a before and after weight loss picture. I’ve slowly changed my lifestyle over the past three years and through healthy eating and regular exercise I’ve lost close to sixty pounds. Lately I’ve felt more discouraged and stuck in my progress and almost like I have no drive left to make more changes that I want to make. Then today someone posted this picture of me from High School and I realized that I have so much to be proud of. I know I can continue to change my life and work towards my goals and I need to try not to forget how far I’ve come and how much better I feel about myself and my life now. 🙂 Don’t lose sight of what you want and never forget where you’ve come from.
