It took about 3 months of a low carb diet and exercising 4-6 times a week for me to lose the weight. I’ve been able to maintain the loss for several months now with general healthy eating habits and my same exercise schedule.
Ideally, I’d like to lose another 5-10lbs but I’m very happy with where I’m at now .
