so, it has been exactly 1 year from that day last year when I decided to finally get healthy.
I don’t really remember much from those first few days, but I remember it feeling different this time, and feeling like maybe I was going to actually follow through.
And the reason I actually followed through was because I finally approached weight loss from a mindset of moderation, not depravation.
And it’s just my life now. Now I’m the girl who runs. Now I’m the girl who eats salads and chicken breast most days and pizza and beer on the weekends.
And it feels good! I don’t intend to stop soon. :))
~45 pounds down, i’ll welcome another 10 lb loss but really i’m just happy to finally be healthy and in control. Year 2, I can’t wait to see what you have in store for me!!
