Started out in Feb 2015.. I didn’t realize how much I let myself go until I saw a picture my mom took with my grandma. After that day, I decided to take control and work to a happier and healthier me. I’m now down 22lbs and although I haven’t lost any more weight since April, I’ve been able to maintain it. I am so happy and proud to continue where I am on this journey. I’m so not where I want to be, but I’m so happy with where I’ve gotten so far. I’m always here if anyone needs/wants any help/advice.
