Sorry about all the “before and during” photos lately. I’ve been in a funk about my weight loss and I just need to remind myself how far I’ve come. It’s hard sometimes knowing where I like to be and seeing where I am now. So seeing these pics makes me appreciate this journey for what it is, weight-loss is a journey full of ups and downs, it doesn’t happen over night and it’s hard work. I just have to remind myself of that periodically.
