i wasn’t sure which type of progress pic i wanted to start with on my blog but this fell into my lap tonight and it blew my mind, i’ve been on my journey for just over 3 months and for whatever reason i couldn’t see a single change. the left picture is from a vacation with friends in february 2016 and the right is from a party tonight 2/25/17 and i honestly started tearing up. i haven’t seen a side photo of myself in 3 years that didn’t make me feel sad or ashamed. it was so disheartening to loose 50 pounds and not notice a difference but seeing this photo tonight made me realize just how much progress i have made and i’m so proud of that.
