Kinda blowing my own mind here. This is an 18 day difference. I put these jeans on today hoping to celebrate them being an inch higher on my thighs and instead I got those suckers all the way up! If you’re curious, I stopped eating grains, added sugar, and processed carbs. I’ve been eating a TON of healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, high quality cheese, pumpkin seeds), and a good amount of produce and protein. I’m still eating dark chocolate and enjoying the occasional glass of wine too. I’m not saying I’ve shed a ton of fat this quick, but the amount of inflammation my body was holding on to is pretty crazy, right?
