I promised to post my whole transformation at 3rd of July, but It just felt right to post these two now.
10 months transformation. End of the summer – 27 of June.
It’s amazing, when you look at your old pictures and you see how much you’ve accomplished.
I felt in love with running, HIITs, pull up bars, calisthenics exercises – body weight only. I dont like working out with weights.
I am going to post whole transformation soon with my daily meal plans and work outs.
