So often its hard to see how far you’ve come. I go through food guilt, a sore body from consistent weight training and mental breakdowns sometimes—all for the love of trying to get fit and staying healthy. I mess up and fall down more that i can really keep track of but i always dust off my knees, get back up and keep going. After ditching the gym last night because my body was so tired i felt the need to look through some old pictures during this process. There’s approximately a 20/25 pound difference between the two in the first pic and it may not be much but its a step in the right direction! I’ve had a slight pause between May and November but its ok. So try your best and STAY MOTIVATED!
