I’m 5’3 and honestly the scale has discouraged me a bit. In the left I was probably 244 and on the right I’m about 226. I try to keep in mind that I lift a lot and am working on gaining muscle too. I found the before picture to try to see if I have had any difference and I was pretty shocked to see how much I changed!

A tip would be don’t let the scale discourage you. Keep going and take lots of pics of yourself and see the difference. Stay consistent working out and you’ll see a difference!
