I’m Rielly. This is my all natural, clean eating, hardworking weight loss journey. I began at 5’9″ 291 and finished losing at about 156. I submit here because the comments and notes I get keep me motivated and on track whenever I start losing motivation. It happens to everyone, and there are days where I still feel like binging. But you guys help me maintain and healthy relationship with food, and that is the single accomplishment I am most proud of. Weight loss is exciting and a difficult challenge to overcome but the way I got in touch with my body mind and spirit is the most beautiful thing about my journey. Keep working everyone!
