I decide to submit this before/after to celebrate my 3 months anniversary of really, really HARD work at the gym. 

I use to train 6 days a week, 2-3 hours minimum. NO EXCEPTION ! I might be a little too hard on myself sometimes, but i think it’s what i need to push myself forward and conquer my goals ! 

On the left, 2 years ago, i was very very uncomfortable with my body, but i never thought that i was ugly, just too fat and that has always been my biggest insecurity. I probably weigh around 176 lbs or 80 kg.

On the right, well, i’m proud as hell of how i’m looking.( Ok, let’s be sincere, endorphin’s post workout can influence my actual perception hahaha) My body progressed VERY quickly; Just 3 months and my ass can hardly fit in my old shorts anymore;  My legs are the exact same volume but sooo much more toned.

To be honest i don’t want to weigh myself, ‘cause i know i put some extra  pounds due to my muscle gain and some fat too !

The last time i got on the scale i was around 134 lbs or 61 kg, but i was in a bad lifestyle.

I am probably at 149 right now ! 

I’m a very open person, so let’s be friends :)) Love !
