This is my progress, and I can’t wait to continue.

Thanks for everyone’s support and kind words, it’s been so helpful for me. I have been going to zumba nearly 2 times a week now, hot yoga every Tuesday and Thursday, I’m up for my 6am workout with my Biggest Loser Team (WHO ARE FREAKING AWESOME) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I also love going to the extra workout with them on Sundays. (:

I have been doing weights more often, starting to get a little of a gun muscle (HELL YEAS), can run now (not long distances, just short periods of times, but it’s getting even better) and I’m so happy with myself. Love this. Loving me. This is fantastic. More to come. ((:
