Start of Week 1 vs Start of Week 10!!!! Lost .1 from last week. Just went to the gym 3 times this week, but it felt good to rest.
My goal this week is to make it to the gym 5 times, and stay consistent with eating right.
My stomach does feel ALOT smaller then last week, like more tone. But still have a long way to go to.
