Since 2011, I started a fitness journey that I never have been able to stop. I slowly started with walking which escalated into kick-boxing, running, yoga, biking and hiking. At every chance, I try to burn extra calories just by moving a lot. With all the working out, you must eat clean. Stick to lean meats, vegetables and fruit and drink a lot of water!
