-It has taken 3 years so far, I stopped drinking soda drinks, stopped snacking constantly/changed the foods I snacked on. I started filling my plate with more veggies and less meat and bread, and desserts were no longer a daily thing. Also started exercising 30 minutes a day before work (stationary rowing machine, weights, recumbent bike) – which has not only helped my weight loss, but has also helped with my anxiety and mental health.
