downloaded an app (Jefit) to help me keep track of my exercise routine and my weight.
I’m 1,77. My weight was 86,1 kg on May 29. One month later, my weight is 83,5 kg. I can notice a lot of difference, especially in my waist and back.
Basically, I just stopped skipping breakfast, included nuts, fruit and vegetables more often in my diet, started drinking tea every day (it’s winter in Brazil now, perfect weather to have some tea) and started lifting weight 2x a week.
I’m so proud of me. This is only the beginning.
