So…. here are my progress pictures.
The first photo: March 4th 2015
I was smoking, running inconsistently, had countless “cheat days”, drinking soda, not sleeping well, stress eating. Just ugh. My life was falling apart and my body showed it. I’m 4’11” and 120lbs.
The second photo: today May 5th 2015
This was at 5pm. After a full workday and 3 meals. I cut soda, I lowered my carbs to 70g a day, upped my fat to 98g a day and protein to 120g a day. Started running 2 miles Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings before work. Upper body and abs on Tuesdays for an hour or so, Leg day on Thursdays for an hour or so. Quit smoking(after 7 years), drink very little. And you know what is amazing about this, I’m still 120lbs! Actually, I gained a pound!
I was having a bad day, I felt like my progress was pretty negligent…. until I looked at this. Two months of dedication and changing my lifestyle. If I can do it, you can too!
