- 20 Years old
- weight before – 144-145lbs , weight after – 137lbs ( i dont really weigh myself anymore)
- i workout 3-4x a week , i do body weight strength training and 30 minute treadmill intervals.
- i try to eat as healthy as i can , i dont drink pop or eat processed snacks , if i am in need of a snack i go for fruit.
- took me 6-7months.
Not where i wanna be but i will get there in time. Its possible to live a healthy lifestyle it just takes time and dedication 🙂
