My weightloss journey is over. I lost over 50+ pounds in the span of 6 months with changing my eating habits, and exercising daily. Along with quitting smoking and drinking.
I have new goals, and that is to become bigger, stronger, leaner, better.
I have been lifting for about 7-8 months now post weight loss, and it’s the best feeling in the world. I challenge myself every day.
I have shared my weight loss journey but this is now my journey in fitness and lifting and every day health. My muscles have grown and it takes so much time, patience, and rest to get this, and more. I have a long time ahead of me until I can be some where, where I want to be, then I will make new goals and more challaneges for myself.
This lifestyle is forever changing, and hard, but I love it.
Weight- Around 120’s, but I don’t keep track daily.
