I started off like anyone struggling with weight. Before I stared this journey I was eating the big bags of chips at night. When I started I didn’t think it was possible.
I started off doing night jogs for around 10 minutes a day every day. When my body was used to the exercises I started adding more time until I didn’t focus on the time, but instead on the miles I ran. The minimum I did a day was 3 miles w/ no rest. Of course I liked to challenge myself every day and add more miles. I got to a point where I though I should be doing other types of exercises, so slowly I added arms and legs and core… Full body. SQUATS FOR THE WIN!
As for diet I followed a strict high protein one and I cooked for myself. This was all done in my backyard ( well the exercise part) I never used a gym. so if I can do it anyone can.
