Progress is always fun
Started lifting weights last week! I feel great
And starting two weeks ago I’ve been jogging 6.5 miles 4 days a week instead of my usual 3.2miles! Doubled my distance, feels good

I’m 5/10 1/2, vegetarian, I mainly eat fruits and veggies but sometimes I eat a lot of cheese and hummus…..a lot…………I love cheese and hummus
