and I’ve been living my healthy lifestyle for over 2 years and still havent ate one! With over 65 lbs lost and maintaining I enjoy helping others reach their goals while eating things they still love! That being said if you love salads, you can still eat those too!
I lost my weight by running, lifting weights and having a balanced diet! Its all achievable with work and self belief.
