I decided today was a good time to post a little more body progress. I am now at 190 pounds, and 14.9% body fat.
The first row of photos shows: left: 325 Pounds, middle: 229 Pounds, Right: Current at 190 Pounds.
Second Row was when I first started taking pictures of my back, at 250 pounds, and then now at 190.
Last row is also me at 250 pounds, and now at 190. 
I am 6′1″ tall
Size 32 (down from a 44)

Just keep in mind, I am at a completely healthy weight now, and well below what doctors set as a goal for BMI, Weight, and Body Fat % and I still have extra skin. I was 325 pounds when I started this all last year, and I am still working on myself every single day through lifting heavy and hitting the cardio hard. Never give up, because this is a long and sometimes discouraging process. I have lost 135 pounds now, and I am still trying to get to where I want to be. 

Don’t give up, and don’t be discouraged by plateau’s: they always pass. Focus on strength and health, and you will get to where you want to be.
