About a years difference between the pictures, I still have a ways to go before I’m done, but I’m certainly happy with how far I’ve come. I got this far by walking a few miles every day, working out 4-6 days a week, and a whole lot of prayer! plus cleaning up my diet a bit 🙂 I still enjoy sweets and fast food from time to time, just in moderation. Oh and I drink lots of water now!!!!!!
