I cut sugar entirely out of my diet. I worked out every single day. Lifted heavy weights and only did 1-2 cardio sessions per week. I did not count calories but I was on a carb cycle.
I am now on my way to becoming a personal trainer.
I hope to help and inspire others. I want everyone to know that they can do it and there is a way for EVERYONE to get healthy. There isn’t a “one size fits all” for fitness. Everyone’s life calls for different plans and diets. Keep at it!!
