Before: 185-190lbs. Waist: 35, Hips: 38.5, Chest: 42.5

During: 168 lbs. Waist: 33, Hips: 37, Chest: 41

Goal: 135lbs.

Since December 2012 I’ve lost 15+ pounds. I ate out of boredom mostly, and when I was sad. I hardly ever exercised. 185-190 was the heaviest I’ve ever been, and I hated the way I looked. I started eating healthy about a year ago, when I got sick of all the junk. I eat almost 100% organic now, no fast food, no soda, nothing artificial or processed. I started working out 3 days a week with cardio and weights in December, which just melted the pounds away. It happened so fast and so easily I barely noticed. Now, looking at the old pic of me, it’s crazy to think I let it get so bad, and how much better I feel now that I’m active and healthy again. I didn’t think it was possible, but I’m getting there!
