I am almost too embarrassed to post this on my Facebook or Instagram because of the before picture. Even though that picture is out there in the world already (puke) it is so hard to look at myself and know that that’s what I use to look like.
Anyways, I figured I would start with posting it here because I am damn proud of myself and wanted SOMEONE (besides me) to see my progress.
I hope to one day be an inspiration to somebody who is where I once was.
